Wide-plank oak floor in a modern luxury home with floor-to-ceiling windows

Floors that quiet the whole house down.

Hardwood, LVP, tile, marble, patterned cement, natural stone — installed tight, sealed right, and finished like it matters.

Welcome In

Bad floors are loud. New floors change the whole feeling of a house.

You feel a great floor before you see it. A subtle thunk-thunk under socked feet. No creak at the threshold. No cold spot where the tile meets the hall. It just feels right.

We install every kind of floor — hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, porcelain, ceramic, marble, travertine, patterned cement, and natural stone. We start with subfloor (the part most installers skip), then we lay it tight, level, and properly transitioned.

01

Hardwood & Engineered Hardwood

Real wood that lives with your family.

Solid hardwood is the long-game investment — it refinishes, it warms a room, and it’s still the floor everyone wants in 30 years. White oak, red oak, walnut, hickory, maple — wide plank or strip, site-finished or pre-finished — we install them all.

If you’ve got pets, kids, humidity, or a basement install, engineered hardwood is often the smarter call. Real wood top layer, stable plywood underneath, all the warmth without the seasonal gapping.

02

Tile, Stone & Patterned Cement

Tile floors that turn a room into a moment.

The right tile floor can carry an entire room. Patterned cement tile in a powder room. Marble pinwheel in a master bath. Large-format porcelain that runs from kitchen to mudroom without a single transition. We’ve laid them all — and we’ve laid them straight.

Our crew levels the substrate first (the part everyone else skips). Then we set tile with the right thinset, grout color we sample on-site, sealed where it needs sealing. The result is floors that look as good in five years as they do the day we hand you the key.

03

Luxury Vinyl Plank

The plank everyone’s actually living on now.

LVP gets a bad rap from people who haven’t seen the good stuff. The modern luxury vinyl plank we install looks shockingly close to real wood, holds up to dogs, kids, spilled juice, and the occasional indoor scooter race, and costs about half what hardwood does.

Light oak LVP — looks like real wood, costs half as much, holds up to anything.

It’s perfect for basements, kitchens, mudrooms, and rental properties — anywhere moisture might be an issue. We stock and install premium LVP from brands like Coretec, Karndean, and Shaw — wide-plank, real-wood looks, click-lock systems that actually click and lock.

04

Marble & Natural Stone

The floor that says “this is the master.”

Marble, travertine, limestone, slate — natural stone floors carry weight. Literally and visually. We install them properly — the heavy substrate prep, the leveling, the sealing schedule, the right grout to make the stone sing.

Stone takes more skill and more time than tile, and we treat every install accordingly. Pinwheel patterns, herringbone, classic running bond, custom inlays — if it’s a pattern you’ve seen and loved, we can lay it.

05

Subfloor Repair & Prep

The part no one sees — and the part that actually matters.

Here’s the dirty secret of bad flooring installs: the floor under the floor was never fixed. Sagging joists, soft plywood, uneven concrete, moisture issues — none of that goes away when you put new flooring over it. It just shortens the life of your beautiful new floor.

Subfloor prep — cork moisture barrier, leveling, the work nobody sees but everyone benefits from.

We don’t skip subfloor. We level it, we replace what needs replacing, we add moisture barriers where they belong. When we lay the finished floor, it’s flat, dry, solid, and ready for the next 20 years.
